We provide consulting services for purchases, sales and modifications, accompanying you from the initial idea to implementation. We analyse the technical condition, evaluate the equipment and potential, and advise you on cost-effectiveness, equipment upgrades and modernisation measures – always with your individual requirements and budget in mind. During the assessment, we prepare market value and damage reports based on thorough technical inspections. Whether for pricing, insurance classification or damage settlement – our reports are precise, comprehensible and based on current market and specialist knowledge. In addition, we take on the management of new builds and conversions, coordinate the trades involved, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure that all work is carried out professionally and according to your specifications.
Construction supervision
As part of our range of services, we also offer construction supervision for new builds and conversions and regularly conduct acceptance negotiations with boat manufacturers on behalf of yacht dealers. We represent your interests directly on site at the manufacturer/shipyard, check construction progress, quality and execution, and ensure transparent communication and professional documentation between the parties involved.
